1. The grievance of the petitioner through the present writ petition is that he has been transferred from Katghora, District Korba to Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

2. The petitioner submits that he has made a representation to the higher authorities in the department i.e. respondent No.4 to consider his representation sympathetically and try to accommodate him at the present place of posting or to any nearby Branches on medical ground. He further submits that the petitioner has suffered with couple of accidents and he has been rendered disablement of 40 percent and that there is difficulty/inconvenience on his free mobility and if he is transferred to a far of place like Gandhinagar he would

find it difficult to manage himself. He further submits that one of his son is also studying in Class-12th and which is a crucial period where the petitioner is required to remain at the present place of posting or else the studies of his eldest son would be adversely affected.

3. According to the petitioner, he is on medical leave for a considerable period of time on account of his illness and disability and therefore the authorities may consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically.

4. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, in addition to the representation that he has made, make a fresh representation within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order to the respondent No.4 who, in turn, may consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically particularly keeping in view the health condition of the petitioner and also the fact that his eldest son is presently studying in Class 12th. It is expected that the authorities would consider the representation sympathetically at the earliest.
