2. This is the second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C for grant regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 106/2016 registered at Police Station Ranchirai District Balod, C.G. for the offence under Sections 506-B, 294, 323, 324, 147 and 302 of IPC.

3. The earlier application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Considering the nature of allegation against the applicant, this Court is not inclined to admit the present bail application. However, since the trial is progressing satisfactorily, it is expected of the trial Court to conclude the trial at the earliest.
