Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that the order is revisable before the Director, Panchayat, therefore, the petitioner may file revision

before the Director, Panchayat.

Shri Bhatia, counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file revision before the Director, Panchayat.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file revision before the Director, Panchayat within 10 days from today which shall be considered and decided by the concerned authority within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
