Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was granted temporary bail by this Court on 03.11.2017 and now he surrendered today before the court below.

In view of the fact that temporary bail was prayed for and it was granted, this petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this bail application filed u/s 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as having become infrucutuous.
