This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 09/2015 registered at Police Station Economic Offence Wing / Anti Corruption Bureau, Raipur for the offence punishable under Sections 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) and 11 of The Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and under Section 109/120-B/409/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 16.07.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3094/2015. 4.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is

rejected.
