(2) This is second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.09/2015 registered at Police Station Economic Offence Wing/Anti Corruption Bureau, Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 13(1)(d) read with 13(2), Section 11 of PC Act, 1988 and Section 109/120B/409/420 of IPC.

(3) After dismissal of first bail application of the applicant on
