This is the second application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.19/2017, registered at Police Station Sarkand, District Bilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 376/34 ofIPC 3.

While rejecting the first bail application, the applicants were allowed to repeat their prayer after examination of the prosecutrix. 4.

Admittedly, the prosecutrix has not yet been examined, therefore, no case for entertaining this repeat application is made out. 5.
