Learned counsel for the appellant submits that such statement was actually not made before the Court below. The ground on which the appeal has been made is that such statement was not made before the Court below. For this purpose the remedy of the appellant is to move appropriate application seeking recall of order dated 29.08.2019 along with the affidavit of the party.
