The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.501/2016, registered at Police Station Mohan Nagar, District Durg for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of IPC.

While rejecting the first bail application on 26.05.2017 in MCRC No.2310/2017, liberty was reserved in favour of the applicant to repeat the prayer after examination of the parents of the deceased.

Having perused the case diary and the statement of the parents of the deceased, without commenting on the merits, the present is still not considered to be a fit case for release of the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. 4.
