The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 13/2016 registered at Police Station - Sanawal, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj for the offence punishable under Section 302 /34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 09.07.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 4415 of 2018. 3.
Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second application. Thus, the second bail application is rejected. Certified copy, as per rules.
