This is third bail application filed u/s 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of temporary bail in connection with Crime No. 411 of 2013 registered at Police Station Pandri Mova Raipur for the offences punishable u/ss 420, 409, 120-B of IPC and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the nephew of the applicant is going to be married on 30th Nov. 2011, therefore, the applicant may be enlarged on temporary bail for a period of 15 days.
Learned State Counsel was directed to verify as to whether the applicant's nephew is going to be married. On enquiry, it has been informed by the State that marriage of Pratik Kesarwani is going to be solemnized. Copy of the marriage card has been enclosed with
the bail application.
Considering the same, it is directed that the applicant shall be released on temporary bail for a period of 10 days on his furnishing a personal bond in sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He shall surrender before the trial Court immediately after completion of 10 days from the date of his release.
Accordingly, the bail application stands disposed of.
