The limited prayer that petitioner has made in the present writ petition is for appropriate direction to the respondent no.1 & 2 to take appropriate decision in the revenue Revision case no.174/A-68, 175/A-68 & 176/A68 pending before the respondent no.1 & 2 since long be decided at the earliest.

The limited prayer is not opposed by the State counsel except for the ground of locus of the petitioner. The petitioner in the instant case is the

complainant accused in the proceedings that have been initiated and the matter has travelled to the Commissioner.

Given the limited relief that petitioner has made the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.1 & 2 to ensure that the proceedings in the revision case no. 174/A-68, 175/A-68 & 176/A-68 pending consideration be finally decided at the earliest preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above observations/direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
