1. Heard.

2. This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.8/2017, registered at Police Station Chirmiri, District Koria (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 306 of IPC.

3. The earlier bail application of the applicant was dismissed on merits.

4. Considering the contents of the order passed in applicant's earlier bail application, no case for his release on bail is made out, even though, some witnesses have been examined, because, the trial depends on the entire prosecution case and not merely on one or two statements, which has to be analysed by the trial Court while deciding the trial.
