On being asked, complainant Keshar Bai has raised objection in granting bail to the applicant.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to revive the same after examination of the prosecutrix.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicant.
