(1) The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for modification/correction in the cause title in order dated 14.11.2017 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No.7170/2017.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has incorrectly mentioned the cause title while drafting the bail application by inserting "Motilal Sahu, S/o Late Manbodh Prasad Sahu, aged about 60 years, Pattakotigodown, District Manager, Nagrik Aapurti Nigam, Gariaband, Revenue, State of Chhattisgarh, through the Station House Officer State Economic Investigation Bureau (ACB), Raipur, District Raipur Chhattisgarh" whereas the correct cause title is

"Motilal Sahu, aged about 58 years, S/o late Manbodh Prasad Sahu, Pattakoti Godown, Gariaband, District Manager, Nagarik Aapurti Nigam, Gariaband, Revenue District Gariaband, Civil District Raipur, R/o Quarter No.13, Section-2 Dindayal Upadhyay Nagar, Raipur (CG)", therefore, the cause title may be modified/corrected. (3) After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the fact that the aforesaid mistake is committed by the counsel for the petitioner while drafting the bail application, it is directed that "Motilal Sahu, aged about 58 years, S/o late Manbodh Prasad Sahu, Pattakoti Godown, Gariaband, District Manager, Nagarik Aapurti Nigam, Gariaband, Revenue District Gariaband, Civil District Raipur, R/o Quarter No.

13, Section-2 Dindayal Upadhyay Nagar, Raipur (CG)" be read in place of "Motilal Sahu, S/o Late Manbodh Prasad Sahu, aged about 60 years, Pattakotigodown, District Manager, Nagrik Aapurti Nigam, Gariaband, Revenue, State of Chhattisgarh, through the Station House Officer State Economic Investigation Bureau (ACB), Raipur, District Raipur Chhattisgarh" in order dated 14.11.2017 passed in M.Cr.C. No.7170/2017. Other contents of order dated 14.11.2017 shall remain intact.

(4) With the aforesaid clarification, the petition stands finally disposed of.
