Versus

Central Bureau Of Investigation A.C.B. Bhilai, (C.G.) Through Its Superintendent Of Police, C.B.I., A.C.B. Bhilai, Civil And Revenue District Durg Chhattisgarh ---Respondents For Applicant :

Mr. Adil Minhaj, Advocate For Respondent :

Mr. Pawan Kesharwani, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 05/12/2017

1. Present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed assailing the order dated 07.11.2017, passed by the Special Judge, C.B.I. Raipur, Chhattisgarh, in C.B.I. Case No. 1018/2015.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though this Court on 24.10.2016 had passed an order directing the C.B.I. authorities to provide translated version of the charge sheet along with annexures in Hindi. The respondents though have granted the translated version, but except for two of the documents i.e. the sanction letter as well as the report of the CFSL.

3. The Court below while considering the application on non-granting the translated version of these two documents has very specifically dealt with the issue and has also referred to the relevancy and also the contents of these documents and have rejected the same. This Court does find any strong case made out by the applicant calling for

-2interference with the said impugned order dated 07.11.2017. Further, it is apparent from the proceedings drawn that the intention of the petitioner seems to be only to drag on the trial further.

4. Given the facts and circumstances and contents of the order, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition, the same is accordingly rejected.
