During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition the respondents have again issued a fresh revised notification dated 16.10.2019 and which perhaps would redress the grievance of the petitioner. 2.

Issuance of the said notification was got verified by the State Counsel from the concerned District authorities who have confirmed the same. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
