The respondents have now filed their reply whereby they have annexed Annexure-R/1 dated 29/10/2018 whereby the said representation stands decided.

Though, the contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that, the representation has not been decided in accordance with the directions given by this Court, but since the direction was only to decide the representation
