1. The petitioner at the outset makes a limited prayer that the petition may be disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 1 to decide the appeal, that the petitioner has preferred on 05.12.2018 against the order dated 14.11.2018 (Annexure P-1).

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, it is almost 10 months that the appeal is pending before the Respondent No. 1 and no decision has been taken by the Respondent No. 1 on the said appeal.

3. Given the aforesaid limited prayer that the petitioner has made and also taking note of the fact that the said appeal dated 05.12.2018 has not been decided till now.

4. The Writ Petition in its present form stands disposed-off at the motion stage directing the Respondent No. 1 to take a decision on the pending appeal at the earliest, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.

5. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents, so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
