Perused the letter dated 20th November, 2017. Learned court of Family Court, Dhamtari has requested for further extension of time to decide the case filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. On due consideration, further period of 45 days is granted to decide the case which was directed to be decided within a period of six months by an order dated 10/05/2017.

In the result, time period which was given for six months by an order dated 10/05/2017 is further extended for 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Accordingly, Cr.M.P. stands disposed of.
