2. This is the second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C for grant regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 96/2017 registered at Police Station, Nawagarh, District Bemetara C.G. for the offence under Sections 363, 366, 376 of I.P.C. and Section 5(I), 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act 2012.

3. While dismissing the first bail application liberty was reserved in favour of the applicant to move again after examination of the prosecutrix. On a complete reading of the papers available on record, the present is not

considered to be a fit case for release of the applicant on bail.

4. The bail application is accordingly dismissed.
