1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P1 dated 28.02.2019 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) and also the order Annexure P-3 dated 07.08.2019 passed by the Collector District Rajnandgaon.

2. At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition in its present form may not be maintainable for the reason that there is a statutory alternative remedy available for preferring an appeal before the Divisional Commissioner under the Appeal and Revision Rules, 1995 Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam.

-23. Given the said facts, reserving the right of the petitioner to avail the said remedy before the concerned Divisional Commissioner, the present writ petition stands disposed off.

4. Subject to the petitioner furnishing photocopy of the order under challenge, the certified copy shall be returned to the petitioner. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Jyotijha
