1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 08.05.2019 passed in WPS No. 3446/2019.

2. Counsel for the respondent has entered appearance and submitted that the order has since been complied with and the Petitioner has also been granted promotion from the back date 04.08.2018 onwards, as is evident from the order dated 11.11.2019 and 18.11.2019.

3. Given the said submission made by the counsel for the Respondents and on perusal of the aforesaid documents, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with, accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed off. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge
