Ms. Sunita Jain, Government Advocate for the State. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the Order dated 12.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 7180 of 2019. The modification sought for is so far as the status of the petitioner is concerned.

According to the petitioner, she has been reflected as "Wife of Shri Ashok Kumar Sahare", whereas she is in-fact "Daughter of Shri Ashok Kumar Sahare". The name of the petitioner also is reflected as Smt. Dimpal Sahare whereas she is Ku. Dimpal Sahare.

The said modification sought for in the present MCC is not opposed by the State Counsel.

Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed and the Order dated 12.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 7180 of 2019 stands modified to that extent that, the status of the petitioner shall be read as "Ku. Dimpal Sahare, D/o of Ashok Kumar Sahare" instead of "W/o Shri Ashok Kumar Sahare".

The present MCC stands allowed and the Registry is directed to keep a copy of this Order as a part of the record of WPS No. 7180 of 2019. /- Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Rahul
