Present CRMP has been filed seeking modification in crime No., Police Station, date of arrest and quantity of liquor seized from the possession of the petitioner.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, so far as the petitioner is concerned, he had properly mentioned the above facts in his bail application i.e. MCRC No. 7420/2018, but due to some typographical error, the above facts needs to be corrected.

Not opposed by the State counsel.

Accordingly, it is ordered that, so far as crime No., Police Station, date of arrest and quantity of liquor seized is concerned, it shall be read as 69/2018 instead of 396/2018, Police Station Singhora, District Mahasamund

instead of Police Station Pandri, Raipur, date of arrest to be 14/09/2018 instead of 17/09/2018 and 10 bulk litres instead of 5.4 bulk litres respectively.

Let a copy of this order passed by this Court in the present CRMP be made a part of record of MCRC No. 7420/2018.

The present CRMP accordingly stands allowed and disposed off. 7.
