Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from the Office of Deputy Director, Agriculture, District Surajpur to Deputy Director Agriculture, District Koriya.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from one scheduled area to another scheduled area and he had already served more than 3 years of service in the scheduled area. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been frequently transferred to every year, therefore, he is subjected to discrimination. It is further stated that the
children of the petitioner is studying in Clause 10th and by such transfer to other place that too in the mid session, the right of the petitioner would be defeated; therefore, the transfer of the petitioner may be considered. 3.
Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondent No.1 within a period of 15 days from today, who, in turn, shall consider and decide the same within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to, if it has not been carried out till date.
