1. The limited relief that the petitioner has raised in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to the Respondent No. 1 for taking an early decision on the Revision Case preferred by the petitioner which is pending consideration before the Respondent No. 1

2. The dispute raised in this case appears that, it is in respect of certain demarcation order which was passed by the Collector, District: Durg.

-23. According to the petitioner, the Revision Petition was filed on 26.07.2019 but till date no decision has been taken by the respondents and also 3 months have been passed by now.

4. Given the said facts as is narrated by the petitioner and also taking note of the fact that the Revision Petition has been filed on 26.07.2019, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet, if the Respondent No. 1 is directed to ensure that Revision Petition is decided at the earliest, preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
