(1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 09/2015 registered at Police Station Economic Offence Wing/Anti Corruption Bureau, Raipur for the offence punishable under Sections 11, 13(1)(d), 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (for short 'the Act); 109, 120B, 409 and 420 of the IPC.
(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 16.07.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3098 of 2015.
(3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any new or good ground to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the second bail application is rejected.
