This is second bail application. The first bail application was dismissed on 07.12.2017.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file regular bail application before the court below along with an application to compromise as the circumstances would show that no demand was actually made. Considering the submission made and the earlier bail rejection order, this application filed under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner shall be at liberty to surrender and file a regular bail application before the court below along with application for compromise and place certain documents during the course of hearing.
