1. This petition has been brought under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted bail vide order dated 15.12.2017 in M.Cr.C. No. 7264/2017 in Crime No. 203/2017 registered at Outpost- Hardi Bazar, under the jurisdiction of PS- Kusmunda, District - Korba (C.G). It is submitted that due to typographical mistake the description of Police Station and outpost has been wrongly typed as Police Station - Kotwali, Outpost - CSEB Korba, District - Korba, (C.G), because of which the applicant could not submit bail bonds before the concerned Court, therefore, it is prayed that the order for rectification may be passed.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection.

4. Considered, taking into consideration this fact that due to typographical error, the name and description of police station has been wrongly mentioned in the order dated 15.12.2017. It is ordered that shall be read as Crime No. 203/2017 registered in Outpost- Hardi Bazar under the jurisdiction of Police Station - Kusmunda, District - Korba (C.G). Copy of this order be attached with the record of M.Cr.C. No. 7264/2017.

5. Petition stands disposed off.
