The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 21.08.2018 passed in W.P.(S) No. 5102 of 2018. 2.

Shri Dhreeaj Wankhed, Govt. Advocate who was directed to seek instruction on previous date of hearing submits that the order has been complied with inasmuch as a detailed order has been passed on 24.10.2018. He further submits that he is bringing the order on record by way of affidavit filed by the respondent.

Given the said fact that the respondent has passed the detailed order, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be decided in the present contempt petition. However, reserving the right of the petitioner either of complying upon the directives given in the order passed by the respondent on 24.10.2018 or to challenge the order itself by way of a fresh writ petition.

The contempt petition stands disposed of.
