3. Let necessary correction made by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite

payment of premium for insuring damage to the crops, the petitioner has not been paid compensation under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojna.

5. Let the petitioner move representation before the Collector, Janjgir-Champa within 3 weeks from today. Thereafter, the said Collector shall decide the representation after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as respondent No.3 within next 8 weeks.

6. The writ petition is disposed of.
