1. Mr.H.S. Ahluwalia, learned Deputy Advocate General for respondents No.1 to 4/State, on instructions, would submit that the Tribunal presided over by the Sub-Divisional Officer

(Revenue) under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 has already been constituted.

2. In view of that, Mr.Vipin Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that he may be allowed to file an application within 7 days from today before the said Tribunal.

3. The petitioner is allowed to file an application before the Tribunal so constituted under the Act of 2007. If such an application is filed within 7 days from today, the Tribunal would do well to consider and decide the said application expeditiously.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of.
