21.10.2019 The present MCC has been filed seeking for correction/modification of the order dated 02.09.2019 passed by this Court in WPS No. 6679 of 2019. The modification sought for is to the extent that in paragraph-2 of the order, inadvertently the term husband has been used whereas the petitioner in fact is husband and it ought to have been wife of the petitioner who is posted at Takhatpur, district Bilaspur. The other modification sought for is the place of posting of the wife of the petitioner which inadvertently has been mentioned as the same district Mungeli whereas it ought to have been Takhatpur, district Bilaspur.

The said modification sought for is not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The order dated 02.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 6679 of 2019 stands modified to the extant that in third line of paragraph-2 of the order, instead of "the husband" now it shall be read as "the wife" and in fourth line of paragraph-2 of the order instead of "at place within the same district, Mungeli" now it shall be read as "at Takhatpur, district Bilaspur".
