Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 2 4 /0 8 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that within a period of six years, the petitioner was subjected to five transfers and from 2010 to 2016 five transfers were made from Saraipali to Mungeli, Mungeli to Korba, Korba to Raipur, Raipur to Kasdol and lastly from Kasdol to Saja vide order dated 22.12.2016. It is contended that the said transfer was made without any exigency and against the transfer policy of the State Government and ban continues for period of transfer and further the coordination has been stated to have been obtained though no extraordinary circumstances has been projected. (2) On the other hand, counsel for the State would submit that the petitioner's transfer has been made on exigency of the services,

however, the petitioner may make representation to the State Level Committee for redressal of his grievances as per clause (6) of the transfer policy.

(3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. (4) Be that as it may, petitioner is directed to file respresentation before the State Level Committee for redressal of his grievances, and in turn the said Committee shall decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(5) Since the interim order is operating since 06.01.2017, the said interim protection shall remain in force for a further period of two months from today or till the representation is decided finally. (6) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
