Shangeetha, Collector and District Magistrate, Durg would submit that order dated 21.10.2016 (Annexure P/1) would be reconsidered by the District Magistrate, Durg within a period of 15 days from today in the light of the order passed by this Court in WP (Cr) No.29 of 2016 (Rakesh Shende Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others), decided on 18.11.2016 and as per applicable rules. 3.

In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction

that the District Magistrate, Durg to consider the case of the petitioner afresh for grant of leave expeditiously within a period of 15 days from today. No cost(s).
