The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Boys Middle School Nawagarh, District Bemetara to Govt. Middle School Bharewapuran, Block Pandariya, District Kabirdham. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 59 years and he has been transferred to another District and as per the transfer policy, the persons going to be retired has to be posted in their own District.

Considering the submission made by the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner may make a representation to the Grievance Redressal

Committee within a period of 15 days apprising all the facts and the Redressal Committee thereafter shall decide the same within a further period of 45 days.
