1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. High School Hirri, Block Kusmi to Govt. High School Kushfar Block Ramchandrapur. It is stated that the petitioner was earlier transferred in 2017 and he joined his duties in the month of November, 2017 in the transferred place and again within a short period of time, he has been transferred.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has joined the present place of posting in November 2017 and two years have not been passed, again he has been transferred, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation

within a period of 15 days before the Respondent No.3 who in turn shall decide the same within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
