1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 04.10.2018, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from the office of Block Education Officer Durgukondal, District North Bastar Kanker to the office of Block Education Officer, Bastar, District Bastar.
2. The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner had been posted at the present place of posting only on 17.11.2017 and barely in about 10 months time the petitioner has been again transferred to a different place. He further submits that the wife of the petitioner also is a government employee and is posted near the
-2present place of posting of the petitioner and this arrangement was done in accordance with the transfer policy of the State Government. In addition the counsel for the petitioner submits that he has also been appointed as a Sector officer for the election duties to be held in the month of November, 2018 and therefore also the petitioner should not have been considered for transfer at this juncture.
3. Given the facts, let the petitioner move an appropriate representation in this regard to the respondent No.1within a period of 15 days from today and the respondent No.1 in turn shall take into consideration the transfer policy, the fact that the wife of the petitioner also is a government employee and is posted near to the place where the petitioner is presently posted and thereafter pass an appropriate suitable order within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of the respondents.
4. Till the representation is decided, the effect & operation of the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned, shall remain stayed.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
