1. Grievance of the petitioner is that he has been transferred from Govt. Middle School, Tilkapara, Block Nawagarh, District Bemetara to Govt. Middle School, Teliyapani Lendra, Block Pandariya, District Kabirdham.

2. It is contended that petitioner's wife is also working as Teacher (Panchayat) at Durg, therefore, according to the policy of the government, the husband and wife are normally required to be posted at the same place and it is further submitted that till date nobody has been posted at Bemetara.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondent No.1 within a period of

15 days from today, and the respondent No.1, in turn, shall consider and decide the same at the earliest preferable within a further period of 45 days. Till then the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
