1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 04.10.2018 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from the office of Block Education Officer Bhanupratappur, North Bastar, Kanker to the office of Block Education Officer, Daundi, District Balod.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that he has been put on election duty and as per the instructions of the Election Commission of India so also the order passed by the State of Chhattisgarh none of the employees should be relieved as of now till the completion of the election duties.

Given the facts, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present writ petition with the observation that since the petitioner has been assigned the election duties, the petitioner should not be relieved from the present place of posting, till the election duties are over. Reserving the right of the respondents to relieve the petitioner after the election duties are over.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
