2. Heard on application for restoration of Second Appeal No. 154 of 2003.

3. The applicant is seeking restoration of Second Appeal No. 154 of 2003, which was dismissed by this Court for want of prosecution vide order dated 28.09.2018.

4. Respondents are served but no one is appeared on behalf of respondent No.1. Mr. Sunil Otwani, learned State counsel, appearing for respondent No.2.

5. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, the instant MCC is allowed and SA No.154/2003 is restored to its original number for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.
