Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 11/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the construction of road is being done by the Gram Panchayat over the drain without any permission from higher authorities against that, the petitioner has made a complaint before the Collector, Rajnandgaon,

which has not been considered and decided till now, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.2-Collector, Rajnandgaon is directed to consider and take a decision upon the petitioners' complaint expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities are at liberty to consider the same in accordance with law.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
