Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from the Office of Senior Agriculture Development Officer, Block Takhatpur, District Bilaspur to the Office of Senior Agriculture Development Officer, Usur, District Beejapur.

It is contended that the wife of the petitioner is pregnant and the father of the petitioner is engaged in Bomb Disposal Team at Rajnandgaon, therefore, the transfer of the petitioner would lead to further difficulty; therefore, the transfer may be canceled.

Perused the documents, which shows that the petitioner had already made a representation before the Grievance Redressal Committee on 06.09.2019. Considering the same, the Grievance Redressal Committee shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
