Agrawal Order On Board / 1 0/201 (1) The petitioner's application / representation before the respondents authorities for the purpose of issuance of No Objection Certificate for taking admission in diploma course in Government Polytechnic College, Durg has been rejected on the ground that enquiry is pending against the petitioner before the Special Investigation Team (SIT) and he has been found ineligible for the post of Diesel Mechanic.

(2) Reasons assigned by the respondents authorities are adequate and sufficient for disallowing the petitioner's application for taking admission in diploma course in Government Polytechnic College, Durg, in which, I do not find any illegality or perversity warranting interference by this Court in this petition.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek review of the impugned order upon conclusion and acceptance of the report of Special Investigation Team.
