In Writ Petition filed by him learned Single Judge has observed that the petitioner can raise his dispute before the competent authority under Section 55 (2) of the Cooperative Societies Act. Aggrieved by this order the present appeal has been filed.

Counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is apprehending
that he may not get any justice before the District Registrar as he being appointed by the Registrar.

The apprehension shown by the petitioner has no basis. When the petitioner has specific alternative remedy where evidence is also required to be reduced, the writ court was fully justified in dismissing the writ petition. The appeal has no substance the same is accordingly dismissed at the motion stage itself.
