The order of suspension from service was challenged before the learned Single Judge. That has been dismissed. When this appeal came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that the appeal may be permitted to be withdrawn without prejudice to the writ petitioner challenging the suspension, if it is continued after the memo of charge is issued. 2.
