Agrawal Order On Board 03/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's name has been deleted from the revenue records by the respondents without being order of competent authority against which this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed.
(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make
representation before the competent authority under Section 115 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 within a period of two weeks from today. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the competent authority, in that event the competent authority shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law after hearing the parties expeditiously.
(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
