1. The grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner is aged about 60 years working at Janpad Panchayat Jaijaipur, District Janjgir , Champa and has been transfered to Community Health Centre, Pali, District Korba which is 120 kms away. It is contended that the petitioner would be retired within a period of two years and at this verge of retirement the transfer of petitioner may not be given effect, as he is suffering from various diseases as shown in documents filed in this petition. It is further submitted that no one has joined in place of petitioner and no exigency also exist to transfer the petitioner to Korba.

2. Perused the document, which shows that the petitioner is aged about 60

years and also the medical document.

3. Considering the fact, the petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh representation to Secretary, Health And Family Welfare Department (Respondent No.1) within 15 days. If the representation so made, the same may be decided within a further period of 45 days.
