2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, it appears, the petitioner's case is clearly covered the order passed by this Court in batch of petitions, one such being WPC No.1472 of 2018 (Kesho Ram Yadav Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) decided on 5.9.2018.

3. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed in the same terms.

4. Respondent No.2 is directed to declare the result of the petitioner by treating her as a candidate belonging to OBC (Non Creamy Layer) category.

5. Let it be done within a week from today.
